My sweet husband of four years (today) woke me up at midnight to tell me Happy Anniversary with a fresh-from-the-oven homemade chocolate soufflé. I actually woke up for work and could not figure out if it was actually a dream . . . until I noticed a mound of crumbs in the sheets where I had obviously devoured it!

He finally did it! I was wondering if you were going to have to scour North Georgia to find a chocolate souffle. I swear I think I've heard him mention 'chocolate souffle' like 50 times in the past 2 weeks. Where did he get the recipe? And the most important question...was it good? Should I add it to my dessert list here at Cafe Keeling?
